Hello. I recently downgraded my HP Pavillion 500 (product # G5B59AV#ABA) PC desktop from windows 8.1 to windows 7. I was able to install the drivers that didn't work by web searching them. However my attempts to install the two USB Controller in the Other Devices tab of Computer Mangement has been problematic.
I go to hardware Ids and pull these up

I then search for the driver I need to install to fix this issue. But so far that many solutions I have looked up online have not helped me. But still could not fix this issue. I have tried many attempts and downloaded and uninstalled AMB catalyst software many times. I would really like any other method someone can tell me with step by step instructions. A video would be nice but really just looking for something to finally fix this issue. The USB hubs on the front don't work and I would really like any method that could fix this.
